There are some families you just want to hang around, whether you’re photographing them or not. The Heinricks are that family. Krystal and Ryan are so, so low-key and relaxed and their kids, Effie, Jack, and now Hazel, are that much more cool and free-spirited because of it. They have the coolest, most carefree and candid vibe about them, and have totally maintained that without skipping a beat with their newest little lady. Slow clap, amiright?

I got a tour of their beautiful house, met their two pugs, and Effie and Jack showed me how good they are at jumping on beds (hint: so good.). I got to see Hazel when she was happy as can be, and when she was totally over being photographed…we’ve all been there. I get it.

I’m sad to say this was a bit of a farewell shoot for me with the Heinricks before they moved back to Arizona! But I’m so happy they welcomed me in one last time to capture just how sweet, silly, and fun their whole family is, especially now with Hazel!
