When I showed up to shoot Amanda and Jesse’s wedding at the Umstead, I started to think about how incredible their engagement session was. These two awesome people have those low key up / for anything vibes that I live for with my clients. They never once acted like I was asking them to do something strange - seriously they didn’t blink when I asked them to walk out into the lake in long pants and a dress! It was such a great day!

I always love to see how my clients wedding day comes together, and HOLY SMOKES! I never would’ve imagined that their wedding would be as glammed-out as it was! Did it feel like a fancy celebrity wedding? Maybe…. ! It fit their venue the Umstead, and their personalities perfectly. Everyone was having a blast their entire day from start to end. The rabbi was making jokes, the dancing was unforgettable, and the food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
